USROWING MEMBERSHIP INSTRUCTIONS

All athletes are required to have an active USRowing membership in order to participate in regattas. 

The coaches will not be able to include you on the team entries for our upcoming regattas if you have not renewed or registered for membership with USRowing and associated your membership with BWC.

Please follow the instructions below no later than March 11, in order to ensure you can compete in our spring regattas.

If you established your membership in the Fall, your membership does not need to be renewed but you must associate your account with Briar Woods Crew. 

If you established your membership last Spring with Briar Woods Crew, please go ahead and renew as it will expire during the season.

JOIN/RENEWAL INSTRUCTIONS

1. Go to http://www.usrowing.org/membership/
2. Scroll down and go to Individual/Basic Membership and click on Join or Renew
3. When it asks for Club or Team Name, type in BRIAR and a scroll down menu should appear that allows you to choose BRIAR WOODS CREW CLUB #10151
4. Upon selection, you will have another pop-up window come up that says LOCKED and to type in the code. The Briar Woods Crew Club CODE is GMHYB
5. You do not need any add on packages. Basic membership for $25 is what you need

ASSOCIATING BWC WITH YOUR ACTIVE MEMBERSHIP IF YOU JOINED IN THE FALL

1. Go to http://www.usrowing.org/membership/
2. Click on MEMBER LOG-IN
3. Enter the USRowing Membership Portal and login to your account
4. Under My Organizations, click Join Organization
5. When it asks for Club or Team Name, type in BRIAR and a scroll down menu should appear that allows you to choose BRIAR WOODS CREW CLUB #10151
6. Upon selection, you will have another pop-up window come up that says LOCKED and to type in the code. The Briar Woods Crew Club CODE is GMHYB
7. There is no additional cost for adding an organization to your account
