2019 Fall Head of the schuylkill Regatta
Basic Information
The plan is to partner with coaches and athletes form local Loudoun County programs and entrepreneurs the Head of the Schuylkill Regatta in Philadelphia, the weekend of October 26-27.
Schedule
•10/8/19 -7:00PM BWHS room 309 - Parent Meeting about Regatta Logistics- Please attend, especially if you have questions.
• 10/26/19 - 10:00 Bus arrives at BWHS
- 10:30 Bus departs BWHS for NJ
- ?:00 Bus stops at the Delaware House for kids to buy their lunch to bring on the bus.
- ?:00 Rower dinner in the hotel
• 10/27/19 - 7:am Bus leaves the hotel for the regatta (lunch and snacks will be provided)
- 5:00 pm? ish? Departure (Will be determined based on how the day goes.
- ?:00 Stop at the Delaware House for kids to buy their dinner bring on the bus.
- ?:00 Bus arrives at approximately 10PM (We will update the parents via TeamSnap about arrival times in real time - Get the app.)
Travel Costs
The cost is $200 per rower.
US Rowing Membership
All students who participate in the fall regatta(s?) or the spring regattas MUST to go to US Rowing and get an annual, basic membership. You need to add an affiliation with LRA (USRA# 11442/club code R7PPQ). Click HERE to go to US Rowing.
